Claims and Refunds Policy

At ShopBoxDiscount, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter any issues, we will do our best to resolve them in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You must inform us by sending a clear statement of your decision to withdraw via email at info@shopboxdiscount.com or by using the contact form on our website.
  • Include your order number, name, and contact details in your request.
  • You must return the goods to us at Via Pantanelle 16, Prato without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds:

  • We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been shipped back to us.
  • The refund will include the full cost of the product(s) and, where applicable, the standard shipping cost. Additional costs for express or priority shipping will not be refunded.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

How to claim:

  • Contact us at info@shopboxdiscount.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide a description of the issue and attach photos, if applicable, to support your claim.
  • Once we verify the fault, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Products that are made to order or personalized.
  • Products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., cosmetics, intimate clothing).
  • Digital goods or services once the download or access has started with the consumer’s prior consent.
